Brandon Cogburn

Attorney at Law

Brandon Cogburn is a highly skilled attorney at Flint, Crawford & Cogburn, serving clients across Texarkana and the broader Ark-La-Tex region. Prior to joining the firm, Brandon gained extensive experience in both state and federal government — including a 1999 role on the Washington, D.C. staff of U.S. Senator Blanche L. Lincoln, and service in the Prosecuting Attorney's Office of Benton County, Arkansas.

With 18 years of experience representing clients against insurance companies, Brandon brings a unique and comprehensive understanding of insurance practices, enabling him to effectively advocate for his clients through complex claims. He transitioned from defending insurers to representing their insureds — switching tables in the courtroom.

In 2018, Brandon was appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board, a position he continues to hold. His dedication to the profession and commitment to his clients make him a trusted and effective advocate.
